Jordan has been in the fitness industry for over a decade and a half, and has been a personal trainer for several years. He has competed at high levels in baseball, basketball, and football, and started his fitness journey with bodybuilding. He eventually transitioned into powerlifting, and now competes in the amazing sport of strongman.
Jordan’s main focus with training is to simply help individuals get better, whether with diet, strength, competing in a sport, muscle growth, full body transformation, or even just keeping the body mobile. He works with a wide range of clients, including individuals in their early 20s to individuals in their 80s, from those who already have a solid foundation of mobility and strength, to clients who need to focus on pre-hab/rehab work due to past injuries. Whatever your goals and needs, Jordan can help you achieve them and keep you accountable.
